The Lighthouse is operated by church-supported missionaries and a paid staff of dedicated national workers. Nathan Owens is the station manager and engineer. His wife, Renee, is the station accountant. They have been with the Lighthouse since 2012. Currently, CRL is looking for additional missionary personnel to help with administrative tasks, especially computer and technical needs.
The national staff is drawn from our fellowship of independent Baptist churches in Antigua. Mary-Ann Samuel, is the operations manager, and she along with Sheneza Saul, Alena Armstrong, and Joed Martin announce, produce, and edit programs. We praise the Lord for the great attitude, skills, and desire of our dedicated staff to reach the lost.
